"Our job was a difficult one because we needed a new kitchen but we needed some stuff retrofitted as well. I'm a perfectionist and he followed my instructions to the letter. He took notes on everything and cleared up every night, taking all the rubbish down to the tip. I've never seen anything like the work Mark's done. He replaced 70% of the guts of the kitchen, and he managed to re-work it all to fit all the new piping. mitre joints, ceramic hob, new oven, took out the old sink in the utility room, took out the cupboards which had fallen down from the previous carpenter's work. He rendered the whole back wall, even though I'll never see it - which shows his true attention to detail. We'll be bringing Mark in to do all of our future work, without doubt. He seems quite quiet, but he listens and doesn't take the piss with his hourly rate either - I wouldn't have anybody else, love him to bits! I paid him periodically every 2 or 3 days rather than a big bill at the end. He went down to the shop with me and helped me pick bits out, he'll do you right! He'll figure it out if you want special things done as well. I've been ripped off so many times in this area, he's one in a thousand, absolute hero."
